Cash Flow Quadrant

In hopes that I may one day leave the "Rat Race" and have some investment properties or something making me money besides a regular job, I am reading the follow up book to "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". It's called Cash Flow Quadrant, and basically picks up where the last book left off. This time however, there are more specifics and whatnot to get one started in the world of business and investments... Sound's exciting doesn't it?
