Had to celebrate at one of my favorite taco joints in LA... Guisados in Boyle Heights!
This one is the chef's sampler... veggies, chicken and beef only...no pork or seafood!
And here we have a special Cinco De Mayo Chile Colorado taco using the owner/ chef's mother's recipe, made specially for me with chicken instead of Pork! Thanks dude! It was the shiz!
